Jacob invested all of his tuition money into the stock market and was later redirected to Real Estate Investing by his manager, Marc Orio. Within 2 years, they acquired approximately $2 million in residential multi-family homes using creative financing, and loans from family and friends.
Jacob Khotoveli earned a degree in Management and a minor in Real Estate from Baruch College NYC. In 2005, Jacob transitioned all of his real estate asset holdings into Commercial Retail Shopping Centers. Jacob has conservative acquisition criteria, and always creates a strategy for each acquisition. In 2014, JBL transacted over $65 million, and hopes to surpass $100 million in 2015 in total transaction volume.
